Printing the main text and cover of the book took place on August 21, 2003, at C.J. Krehbiel in Cincinnati, Ohio. Assembly and binding

This view shows the main office building of C.J. Krehbiel in Cincinnati. The printing plant is actually quite large and extends well to the right of this photo.
That's me holding a 16-page section of the book (a "signature") as it rolls out of the printing press on August 21. The page visible is the introductory photo for the Beltway 8 section.
